Episode 4 Blog – Sisterhood

This episode is one after my own heart. It displays family and friendship! I would like to place emphasis on the word friendship. Let’s take the root word friend meaning a person who is attached to another by feelings of affection, shared experiences, concerns, congenial relationships, or personal regard. A friend offers help, advice, support, and solutions from the kindness of their heart not to inherent control or possession over another’s life. Although the common thread weaving Lisa and Jackie together is unfortunate. It warms my heart to see a new relationship blooming between the two of them. As Jackie is a two time breast cancer survivor Lisa can find comfort, reassurance, insight, strength and hope in Jackie as she faces adversity with her health.

Oscar Wilde said,” Anybody can sympathize with the sufferings of a friend, but it requires a very fine nature to sympathize with a friend’s success.” I appreciate Lisa for wanting to see me succeed in my new business venture. Making herself vulnerable sharing with me her experiences and the pro and cons of starting a business. It has definitely prevented me from making many costly mistakes. It takes a secure women not be threatened by another’s success. Smart people cease the moment to share resources and opportunities while others who are haunted with jealousy squander it.

Lisa Nicole, I’m praying for you and I’m here if you need anything!

Be real. Connect with people whom you value on a deep level if you want to have sustainable, long-term friendships. Invest in people you can be yourself around. If your behavior lacks sincerity, your friendship won’t last. Be real. Connect with people whom you value on a deep level if you want to have sustainable, long-term friendships. As women we are faced with many challenges in life. Rather starting a new business, experiencing a health crisis, trials in relationships or marriage, or family issues. We are strong, but there’s nothing like having a dependable trustworthy friend to lean on in your darkest hour.  But remember, Elbert Hubbard, said “to have good friends, you must first be a good friend.”

It’s important to set a positive example for the youth of today. After all, they’re the future of tomorrow. Heavenly, good job on the vision board! Planning for success and leading by example.

Simone I had an amazing time with you and Lisa! The slumber party took me back to grade school days. No drama just great energy and BIG fun!

Mariah, even your 9 year old daughter has figured you out. In, her words, “Your life is like chess.” You say, “You like being the queen.” She has to build up the lands and the right moves. In order not to lose herself.

Sad but true. Please read the above and learn how to be a real friend instead of strategically placing yourself for selfish gain…

Until next week!

xoxo,

Quad

Enough already! Quad you keep attacking Mariah and accusing her of “jealousy,” yet she has never written a single bad thing about you. Makes one wonder. Me thinks you are taking this feud too far and milking it as much as you can for your own gain. Geez, enough already!

  2. Huh

Wasn’t Mariah in your wedding? Why would a spiteful, hateful, jealous individual be allowed to participate in such an endearing intimate affair? You’re right Quad, it takes being a friend in order to get a friend. At the same time I believe BOTH of you are to blame for the broken relationship and continually blogging won’t make either claim any more believable.
