Bikini season is here and we need to get our cardio in gear! Staying in shape all year round is a must and I’m very particular about my appearance. Cardio is one of the most important things you can do for your body. Not only does it make a difference on the inside (improving your cardiovascular health), you will see results on the outside too (especially if you stick to it 3 or 4 times a week). This is simply why I box and love it!

Let’s go and get in gear! Jump on a treadmill, take a two mile run, do some kickboxing, aerobics…anything to get your heart pumping.
